职业学校学生实习管理规定 第十四条

学生参加岗位实习前，职业学校、实习单位、学生三方必须以有关部门发布的实习协议示范文本为基础签订实习协议，并依法严格履行协议中有关条款。

未按规定签订实习协议的，不得安排学生实习。

Administrative Provisions on Internship of Students from Vocational School, Article 14

Before students participate in position internships, the vocational school, the internship enterprise and the student must sign an internship agreement based on the model text of the internship agreement published by relevant departments, and strictly fulfill the relevant terms of the agreement in accordance with the law.

Students shall not be arranged for internships if the internship agreement is not signed as stipulated.
