职业学校学生实习管理规定 第十七条

除相关专业和实习岗位有特殊要求，并事先报上级主管部门备案的实习安排外，实习单位应遵守国家关于工作时间和休息休假的规定，并不得有以下情形：

（一）安排学生从事高空、井下、放射性、有毒、易燃易爆，以及其他具有较高安全风险的实习；

（二）安排学生在休息日、法定节假日实习；

（三）安排学生加班和上夜班。

Administrative Provisions on Internship of Students from Vocational School, Article 17

Except for internships in relevant majors or positions that have special requirements and have been previously registered in the higher authority, the enterprise for internship shall comply with state provisions on working hours, rest and holiday for students, and shall not engage in the following circumstances:

(1) Arrange students to work at heights, underground, with radioactivity, with poisonous, flammable or combustible materials, or work with other higher risk of safety hazards;

(2) Arrange students to practice on rest days and statutory holidays;

(3) Arrange students to practice overtime or in night shift.
