高等学校学生勤工助学管理办法 第二十七条

校外勤工助学酬金标准不应低于学校当地政府或有关部门规定的最低工资标准，由用人单位、学校与学生协商确定，并写入聘用协议。

Administrative Measures on Work-study Program for Students in Colleges and Universities, Article 27

The remuneration standard for the off-campus work-study programs shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard set by the local government or relevant departments where the school is located. The standard shall be determined through consultation by the employer, with the school and the students, and shall be stipulated in the employment agreement.
