中华人民共和国建筑法（2019年4月23日施行）第六十条

建筑物在合理使用寿命内，必须确保地基基础工程和主体结构的质量。建筑工程竣工时，屋顶、墙面不得留有渗漏、开裂等质量缺陷；对已发现的质量缺陷，建筑施工企业应当修复。
