建筑防火通用规范（GB 55037-2022）第8.1.9条

除建筑内的游泳池、浴池、溜冰场可不设置自动灭火系统外,下列民用建筑、场所和平时使用的人民防空工程应设置自动灭火系统:

1 一类高层公共建筑及其地下、半地下室;

2 二类高层公共建筑及其地下、半地下室中的公共活动用房、走道、办公室、旅馆的客房、可燃物品库房;

3 建筑高度大于100m的住宅建筑;

5 任一层建筑面积大于1500㎡或总建筑面积大于3000㎡的单、多层展览建筑、商店建筑、餐饮建筑和旅馆建筑;

7 除本条上述规定外,设置具有送回风道(管)系统的集中空气调节系统且总建筑面积大于 3000㎡的其他单、多层公共建筑;

General Specification for Building Fire Protection (GB 55037-2022), Article 8.1.9

Except for swimming pools, bathhouses, and ice rinks in buildings that may not be equipped with automatic fire extinguishing systems, the following civil buildings, places, and civil air defense projects used in daily life should be equipped with automatic fire extinguishing systems:

1 Class 1 high-rise public buildings and their underground and semi underground basements;

2 Class 2 high-rise public buildings and their public activity rooms, corridors, offices, hotel rooms, and combustible material warehouses in underground and semi underground spaces;

3 Residential buildings with a height greater than 100m;

5. Single or multi story exhibition buildings, commercial buildings, catering buildings, and hotel buildings with a floor area greater than 1500 square meters or a total floor area greater than 3000 square meters;

7. In addition to the above provisions, other single or multi story public buildings with centralized air conditioning systems equipped with return air ducts (pipes) and a total building area greater than 3000 square meters .
