建设项目竣工环境保护验收暂行办法 第十三条

验收报告公示期满后5个工作日内，建设单位应当登录全国建设项目竣工环境保护验收信息平台，填报建设项目基本信息、环境保护设施验收情况等相关信息，环境保护主管部门对上述信息予以公开。

Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects, Article 13

Within 5 working days after the expiration of the publicity period for the acceptance report, the construction unit shall log in to the National Construction Project Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance Information Platform, fill in the basic information of the construction project, the acceptance status of environmental protection facilities and other relevant information, and the environmental protection competent department shall make the above information public.
