职业健康检查管理办法 第十一条

按照劳动者接触的职业病危害因素，职业健康检查分为以下六类：（一）接触粉尘类；（二）接触化学因素类；（三）接触物理因素类；（四）接触生物因素类；（五）接触放射因素类；（六）其他类（特殊作业等）。

According to the occupational hazards factors to which workers are exposed, occupational health examinations are categorized into the following six categories: (1) Exposure to dust; （2） Exposure to chemical factors; （3） Exposure to physical factors; （4） Exposure to biological factors; （5） Exposure to radiation factors; （6） Other categories (special operations, etc.).
