中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法（2023年10月24日 第二次修订）第五十一条

禁止向海域排放油类、酸液、碱液、剧毒废液。

禁止向海域排放污染海洋环境、破坏海洋生态的放射性废水。

严格控制向海域排放含有不易降解的有机物和重金属的废水。

MarineEnvironment Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (Second Revisionas of October 24, 2023), Article 51

It is prohibited to discharge into the sea any oil,acid liquor, alkaline liquor or highly toxic waste liquid.

It is prohibited to discharge into the sea anyradioactive effluent that pollutes the marine environment or damages the marineecosystem.

The discharge of wastewater containing persistentorganic pollutants or heavy metals into the sea shall be strictly controlled.
