中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法（2023年10月24日 第二次修订）第五十六条

在沿海陆域弃置、堆放和处理尾矿、矿渣、煤灰渣、垃圾和其他固体废物的，依照《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》的有关规定执行，并采取有效措施防止固体废物进入海洋。

禁止在岸滩弃置、堆放和处理固体废物；法律、行政法规另有规定的除外。

The dumping, piling and treatment of tailings,slag, coal ash, municipal solid waste and any other solid waste on coastal landshall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law ofthe People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of EnvironmentalPollution by Solid Waste, and effective measures shall be taken to prevent suchwaste from entering the sea.

It is prohibited to dump, pile or treat solid wasteon beaches, unless otherwise provided by laws or administrative regulations.
