中华人民共和国危险化学品安全法（2026年5月1日施行） 第三十一条

危险化学品生产企业、进口企业应当提供与其生产、进口的危险化学品相符的中文化学品安全技术说明书，并在危险化学品包装（包括外包装件，下同）上粘贴、印刷或者拴挂与包装内危险化学品相符的中文化学品安全标签。化学品安全技术说明书和化学品安全标签应当符合国家标准的要求。

危险化学品生产企业、进口企业发现其生产或者进口的危险化学品有新的危险特性的，应当立即公告，及时修订其化学品安全技术说明书和化学品安全标签。

Article31

Anenterprise producing or importing hazardous chemicals shall provide the Chinesechemical safety data sheets commensurate with the hazardous chemicals producedor imported. They shall affix, print, or attach Chinese chemical safety labels,commensurate with the hazardous chemical(s) inside, on the packaging (includingouter packaging, here and below) of hazardous chemicals. Chemical safety datasheets and chemical safety labels shall comply with the requirements ofnational standards.

Whenan enterprise producing or importing hazardous chemicals discovers newhazardous properties of the hazardous chemicals produced or imported, it shallimmediately issue a public announcement and revise its chemical safety datasheets and chemical safety labels in a timely manner.
