中华人民共和国危险化学品安全法（2026年5月1日施行） 第八十六条

危险化学品生产企业、进口企业应当向国务院应急管理部门负责危险化学品登记的机构（以下简称危险化学品登记机构）办理危险化学品登记。

危险化学品登记包括下列内容：

（一）分类和标签信息；

（二）物理、化学性质；

（三）主要用途；

（四）危险特性；

（五）储存、使用、运输的安全要求；

（六）出现危险情况的应急处置措施。

对同一企业生产、进口的同一品种的危险化学品，不进行重复登记。危险化学品生产企业、进口企业发现其生产、进口的危险化学品有新的危险特性或者其他登记内容发生变更的，应当及时向危险化学品登记机构办理登记内容变更手续。

Article 86

Anenterprise producing or importing hazardous chemicals shall register hazardouschemicals with the institution responsible for the registration of hazardouschemicals under the emergency management department of the State Council(“hazardous chemical registration institution”). 

Theregistration of hazardous chemicals includes the following contents:

1)Classification and label information.

2)Physical and chemical properties.

3)Main uses.

4)Hazardous characteristics.

5)Safety requirements for storage, use, and transportation.

6)Emergency response measures in case of dangerous situations.

Forthe same type of hazardous chemicals produced or imported by the sameenterprise, no duplicate registration shall be conducted. An enterpriseproducing or importing hazardous chemicals shall, if discovering any newhazardous characteristics of the hazardous chemicals produced or imported or ifother registration content changes, go through the formalities for themodification of registered content at the hazardous chemical registrationinstitution in a timely manner.
