用人单位应当依照本条例和其他有关法律、行政法规的规定，采取有效的防护措施，预防职业中毒事故的发生，依法参加工伤保险，保障劳动者的生命安全和身体健康。

Regulations on Labor Protectionin Workplaces Where Toxic Substances Are Used (Revision on December 6, 2024;effective Januray 20, 2025)

Article 5

An employing unit shall, in accordance with theprovisions of this Regulation and other relevant laws andadministrative regulations, take effective protective measures to prevent theoccurrence of occupational poisoning accidents, participatein work-related injury insurance according to law,and ensure the life safety and physical health of workers.
