使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例（2024年12月6日修订，2025年1月20日施行） 第七条

禁止使用童工。

用人单位不得安排未成年人和孕期、哺乳期的女职工从事使用有毒物品的作业。

Article 7

Employment ofchild labor is prohibited.

An employing unit is not allowed to assign minors and female employees inpregnancy or lactation to engage in the operation in which toxic substance is used.
