使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例（2024年12月6日修订，2025年1月20日施行） 第十二条

使用有毒物品作业场所应当设置黄色区域警示线、警示标识和中文警示说明。警示说明应当载明产生职业中毒危害的种类、后果、预防以及应急救治措施等内容。

高毒作业场所应当设置红色区域警示线、警示标识和中文警示说明，并设置通讯报警设备。

Regulations on Labor Protectionin Workplaces Where Toxic Substances Are Used (Revision on December 6, 2024;effective Januray 20, 2025)

Article 12

Workplaces where toxic substances are usedshall be marked with yellow warning lines, warning signages, and Chinese warninginstructions. The warning instructions shall specify clearly the informationsuch as types of occupational poisoning hazards, their consequences, preventivemeasures, and emergency reatment and cure measures.

Workplaces where highly toxic sustances areused shall be marked with red warning lines, warning signages, and Chinese warninginstructions, and shall also be equipped with communication and alarm facilities.
