使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例（2024年12月6日修订，2025年1月20日施行） 第十六条

从事使用高毒物品作业的用人单位，应当配备应急救援人员和必要的应急救援器材、设备，制定事故应急救援预案，并根据实际情况变化对应急救援预案适时进行修订，定期组织演练。事故应急救援预案和演练记录应当报当地卫生行政部门、应急管理部门和公安部门备案。

Article 16

An employingunit that engages in the operations, in which highly toxic substances are used,shall be equipped with emergency rescue personnel and necessary emergencyrescue apparatus and facilities. It shall formulate emergency rescue plans foraccidents, revise such plans in a timely manner based on changes in actualcircumstances, and organize regular drills. The accident emergency rescue plansand drill records shall be filed with the local administrative department forpublic health, the department for emergency management, and the department ofpublic security.
