使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例（2024年12月6日修订，2025年1月20日施行） 第十七条

用人单位应当依照职业病防治法的有关规定，采取有效的职业卫生防护管理措施，加强劳动过程中的防护与管理。

从事使用高毒物品作业的用人单位，应当配备专职的或者兼职的职业卫生医师和护士；不具备配备专职的或者兼职的职业卫生医师和护士条件的，应当与依法取得资质认证的职业卫生技术服务机构签订合同，由其提供职业卫生服务。

Article 17

An employingunit shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on thePrevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, take effective measures for occupationalhealth protection management, and strengthen the protection and management duringthe labor or work process.

The employingunits that engage in the operations in which highly toxic substances are usedshall be equipped full-time or part-time occupational health doctors andnurses. If they do not have the conditions to do so, they shall sign contractswith legally qualified occupational health and technical service institutionsto have them provide occupational health services.
