使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例（2024年12月6日修订，2025年1月20日施行） 第十九条

用人单位有关管理人员应当熟悉有关职业病防治的法律、法规以及确保劳动者安全使用有毒物品作业的知识。

用人单位应当对劳动者进行上岗前的职业卫生培训和在岗期间的定期职业卫生培训，普及有关职业卫生知识，督促劳动者遵守有关法律、法规和操作规程，指导劳动者正确使用职业中毒危害防护设备和个人使用的职业中毒危害防护用品。

劳动者经培训考核合格，方可上岗作业。

Article 19

The relevantmanaging personnel of the employing units shall be familiar with the relevantlaws and regulations related to prevention and control of occupationaldiseases, as well as the knowledge to ensure the safe use of toxic substancesby the workers in their operations.

The employingunits shall provide pre-job occupational health training for workers andregular on-job occupational health training, popularize relevant occupationalhealth knowledge, supervise and urge the workers to abide by relevant laws,regulations and operating procedures, and guide the workers to correctly use protectivefacilities against occupational health hazards and relevant personal protectiveequipment.

The workers arenot allowed to start the work prior to receiving the training and passing theexamination.
