使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例（2024年12月6日修订，2025年1月20日施行） 第二十条

用人单位应当确保职业中毒危害防护设备、应急救援设施、通讯报警装置处于正常适用状态，不得擅自拆除或者停止运行。

用人单位应当对前款所列设施进行经常性的维护、检修，定期检测其性能和效果，确保其处于良好运行状态。

职业中毒危害防护设备、应急救援设施和通讯报警装置处于不正常状态时，用人单位应当立即停止使用有毒物品作业；恢复正常状态后，方可重新作业。

Article 20

The employingunits shall guarantee that the protective facilities against occupationalhealth hazards, emergency rescue facilities, and communication and alarm devicesare in normal and functional conditions, and shall not dismantle them or stopthe operation without authorization.

The employingunits shall conduct regular maintenance and overhaul for the facilities listed inthe preceding paragraph, test their performances and effects at regularintervals, and ensure they are in good operating conditions.

In case that theprotective facilities against occupational health hazards, emergency rescuefacilities, and communication and alarm devices are in abnormal conditions, theemploying units shall immediately stop the operations in which toxic substancesare used. Only after the abnormal state is restored can they resume the work.
