使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例（2024年12月6日修订，2025年1月20日施行） 第二十二条

有毒物品必须附具说明书，如实载明产品特性、主要成分、存在的职业中毒危害因素、可能产生的危害后果、安全使用注意事项、职业中毒危害防护以及应急救治措施等内容；没有说明书或者说明书不符合要求的，不得向用人单位销售。

Article 22

Toxic substancesshall be accompanied by the user manual, which shall explicitly and accurately statethe contents such as product characteristics, main components, existing occupationalpoisoning hazards, possible harmful consequences, precautions for safe use, protectivemeasures against occupational poisoning hazards, and emergency rescue measures.If there is no user manual or the manual does not meet the requirements, such substancesshall not be sold to the employing units.
