用人单位维护、检修存在高毒物品的生产装置，必须事先制订维护、检修方案，明确职业中毒危害防护措施，确保维护、检修人员的生命安全和身体健康。

维护、检修存在高毒物品的生产装置，必须严格按照维护、检修方案和操作规程进行。维护、检修现场应当有专人监护，并设置警示标志。

Article 24

The employingunits shall, when maintaining or overhauling production installations involvingthe use of highly toxic substances, formulate maintenance or overhaul plans inadvance to specify protective measures against occupational poisoning hazards,so as to ensure the life safety and physical health of the maintenance oroverhaul personnel.

Maintenance oroverhaul of production installations involving the use of highly toxicsubstances shall strictly follow the maintenance or overhaul plans and theoperating procedures. There shall be dedicated personnel onsite to supervisethe maintenance or overhaul, and the warning signages shall be set upaccordingly.
