使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例（2024年12月6日修订，2025年1月20日施行） 第二十五条

需要进入存在高毒物品的设备、容器或者狭窄封闭场所作业时，用人单位应当事先采取下列措施：

（一）保持作业场所良好的通风状态，确保作业场所职业中毒危害因素浓度符合国家职业卫生标准；

（二）为劳动者配备符合国家职业卫生标准的防护用品；

（三）设置现场监护人员和现场救援设备。

未采取前款规定措施或者采取的措施不符合要求的，用人单位不得安排劳动者进入存在高毒物品的设备、容器或者狭窄封闭场所作业。

Regulations on Labor Protectionin Workplaces Where Toxic Substances Are Used (Revision on December 6, 2024;effective Januray 20, 2025)

Article 25

Where it is necessaryto carry out work in equipment, containers, or narrow and closed spaces withhighly toxic substances, the employing units shall take the following measuresin advance:

(1) to keep theworkplaces in good ventilation conditions, and ensure that the concentration ofoccupational poisoning hazards in the workplaces meet the national occupationalhealth standards;

(2) to providetheir workers with protective equipment that meets the national occupationalhealth standards;

(3) to assign onsitepersonnel for supervision and set up onsite rescue facilities.

If the employingunit fails to take the measures specified in the preceding paragraph or themeasures taken do not meet the requirements, the employing unit shall not arrangethe workers to enter the equipment, containers, or narrow and closed spaceswith highly toxic substances for work.
