使用有毒物品作业场所劳动保护条例（2024年12月6日修订，2025年1月20日施行） 第二十七条

从事使用高毒物品作业的用人单位应当设置淋浴间和更衣室，并设置清洗、存放或者处理从事使用高毒物品作业劳动者的工作服、工作鞋帽等物品的专用间。

劳动者结束作业时，其使用的工作服、工作鞋帽等物品必须存放在高毒作业区域内，不得穿戴到非高毒作业区域。

Article 27

The employingunits that engage in the operations in which highly toxic substances are usedshall set up shower compartments and changing rooms, as well as dedicatedcompartments for cleaning, storing, or handling the work clothes, work shoesand hats, etc. of the workers engaged in operations involving highly toxicsubstances.

When the workersfinish their work, their work clothes, work shoes and hats, etc. must be storedin the area where highly toxic operations are conducted, and must not be worn tonon-highly toxic operation areas.
