用人单位应当为从事使用有毒物品作业的劳动者提供符合国家职业卫生标准的防护用品，并确保劳动者正确使用。

Article 21

The employingunits shall provide protective equipment that meet the national occupationalhealth standards for their workers engaging in the operations in which toxicsubstances are used, and ensure that the workers use such equipment correctly.
