7.4.4下列公共建筑的室内疏散楼梯应为防烟楼梯间：

1 一类高层公共建筑；

2 建筑高度大于 32m 的二类高层公共建筑。

7.4.5下列公共建筑中与敞开式外廊不直接连通的室内疏散楼梯均应为封闭楼梯间：

1 建筑高度不大于 32m 的二类高层公共建筑；

2 多层医疗建筑、旅馆建筑、老年人照料设施及类似使用功能的建筑；

3 设置歌舞娱乐放映游艺场所的多层建筑；

4 多层商店建筑、图书馆、展览建筑、会议中心及类似使用功能的建筑；

5 6 层及 6 层以上的其他多层公共建筑。

Article7.4.4

Theinterior egress stairways of the following public buildings shall besmoke-proof staircases:

1. ClassI high-rise public buildings;

2. ClassII high-rise public buildings with a building height exceeding 32 m.

Article7.4.5

Theinterior egress stairways of the following public buildings that do not havedirect access to an open exterior corridor shall be enclosed staircases:

1. ClassII high-rise public buildings with a building height not exceeding 32 m;

2. Multi-storeyhealthcare buildings, hotel buildings, elderly care facilities, and buildingswith similar functions;

3. Multi-storeybuildings containing places for singing, dancing, entertainment, filmscreening, or amusement activities;

4. Multi-storeyshopping buildings, libraries, exhibition buildings, conference centers, andbuildings with similar functions;

5. Othermulti-storey public buildings of six storeys or more.
