被督察对象应当自觉接受生态环境保护督察，积极配合督察工作。

被督察对象收到生态环境保护督察反馈意见后，应当组织编制督察整改方案，针对督察反馈问题逐项明确整改实施主体、整改目标、整改时限、重点措施和验收单位。

对生态环境保护督察及整改中发现的重要生态环境问题及其失职失责情况，按照国家规定追责问责。

Entities subjectto inspection shall voluntarily accept ecological and environmental protectioninspections and actively cooperate with inspection activities.

Upon receipt ofthe feedback from an ecological and environmental protection inspection, aninspected entity shall organize the preparation of an inspection rectificationplan, specifying, for each issue identified in the inspection feedback, theresponsible entity for implementation, the rectification objectives, the timeframe for completion, the key measures, and the entity responsible foracceptance of the rectification.

Where major ecological and environmentalissues or misconduct or dereliction of duty are identified in the course of anecological and environmental protection inspection or the implementation ofrectification, accountability shall be imposed after investigation inaccordance with the relevant provisions of the State.
