中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第五十二条

企业事业单位和其他生产经营者违反法律法规规定，造成或者可能造成严重污染环境、破坏生态等后果，或者有关证据可能灭失、被隐匿的，负有生态环境保护监督管理职责的部门可以依法查封、扣押有关场所、船舶、设施、设备、工具、物品。

Where enterprises, public institutions orother producers and business operators, in violation of laws or regulations,have caused or may cause serious consequences such as environmental pollutionor ecological degradation, or where relevant evidence may be destroyed orconcealed, the departments responsible for the supervision and administrationof ecological and environmental protection may, in accordance with the law,seal up or seize the relevant premises, vessels, facilities, equipment, toolsor articles.
