中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第七十八条

生态环境监测机构、实行排污许可管理和其他负有法定监测义务的企业事业单位应当依法建立健全监测数据质量管理制度。

前款规定的监测机构和企业事业单位及其负责人应当对监测数据的真实性、准确性和完整性负责。

Ecological andenvironmental monitoring institutions, enterprises and public institutionssubject to pollutant discharge permit administration, or with statutorymonitoring obligations shall, in accordance with the law, establish and improvea quality management system for monitoring data.

The monitoring institutions, enterprisesand public institutions referred to in the preceding paragraph, as well as thepersons in charge thereof, shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracyand completeness of monitoring data.
