建设项目建设、运行过程中，建设单位应当实施生态环境影响报告书、生态环境影响报告表及其审批部门审批意见中提出的生态环境保护对策措施。

During the construction and operation of aconstruction project, the construction entity shall implement the ecologicaland environmental protection countermeasures proposed in the ecological andenvironmental impact report or ecological and environmental impact report form,as well as in the approval opinions of the examination and approval authority.
