中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第一百二十一条

企业事业单位和其他生产经营者应当依法完善突发生态环境事件风险防控措施，开展隐患排查，及时消除隐患。

企业事业单位和其他生产经营者应当按照国家规定储备必要的生态环境应急物资和装备，定期开展应急演练，做好应急准备。在发生或者可能发生突发生态环境事件时，企业事业单位和其他生产经营者应当立即采取措施处理，切断或者控制污染源，防止危害扩大，及时通报可能受到危害者，并向生态环境、应急管理等有关部门报告，接受调查处理。

Enterprises,public institutions and other producers and business operators shall, inaccordance with the law, improve risk prevention and control measures forecological and environmental emergencies, carry out investigation of hiddenhazards, and eliminate identified hidden hazards in a timely manner.

Enterprises, public institutions and otherproducers and business operators shall, in accordance with State regulations,reserve necessary emergency supplies and equipment for ecological andenvironmental emergencies, conduct emergency drills on a regular basis, andensure emergency preparedness. Where an ecological and environmental emergencyoccurs or is likely to occur, enterprises, public institutions and otherproducers and business operators shall immediately take measures to deal withit, cut off or control the sources of pollution, prevent the spread of harm,promptly notify those may be harmed, report to the competent authorities ofecology and environment, emergency management and other relevant departments,and undergo investigation and handling.
