中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第一百二十二条

各级人民政府及其有关部门、企业事业单位和其他生产经营者，在自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生事件应急处置过程中，应当采取必要措施，避免或者减少对生态环境造成的危害。

People's governments at all levels andtheir relevant departments, as well as enterprises, public institutions andother producers and business operators shall, in the course of emergencyresponse to natural disasters, accident disasters or public health incidents,take the necessary measures to avoid or minimize harm to the ecology andenvironment.
