中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第一百四十条

国家鼓励企业事业单位和其他生产经营者自愿公开相关生态环境信息。

实行排污许可重点管理和其他法定的应当披露生态环境信息的企业事业单位和其他生产经营者，应当依法及时、真实、准确、完整披露污染物排放信息、温室气体排放信息等生态环境信息。

Ecological and Environmental Code of The People's Republicof China (effective on August 15,2026), Article 140

The State encourages enterprises, publicinstitutions and other producers and business operators to voluntarily discloserelevant ecological and environmental information.

Enterprises, public institutions and otherproducers and business operators subject to key management under the pollutantdischarge permit system and other entities with statutory obligations todisclose ecological and environmental information shall, in accordance with thelaw, disclose true, accurate and complete ecological and environmentalinformation in a timely manner, including information on pollutant emissionsand greenhouse gas emissions.
