排放污染物的单位和个人，应当采取有效措施，防治在生产、生活和其他活动中产生的大气污染、水污染、海洋污染、土壤污染、固体废物污染、噪声污染、放射性污染，以及化学物质污染、电磁辐射污染、光污染等环境污染。

Any entity or individual that discharges pollutantsshall take effective measures to prevent and control air pollution, water pollution,marine pollution, soil pollution, solid waste pollution, noise pollution,radioactive pollution, pollution caused by chemicals, electromagnetic radiationpollution, light pollution and other forms of environmental pollution arisingfrom production, daily life or other activities.
