排放污染物，应当符合污染物排放标准、重点污染物排放总量控制指标、排污许可管理和有关法律、法规、规章的要求。

The discharge of pollutants shall comply withpollutant discharge standards, total emission control targets for keypollutants, the requirements of pollutant discharge permit administration, andthe relevant provisions of laws, regulations and rules.
