禁止通过暗管、渗井、渗坑、灌注、裂隙、溶洞、篡改或者伪造监测数据、以逃避现场检查为目的的临时停产、非紧急情况下开启应急排放通道、不正常运行污染防治设施等逃避监管的方式排放污染物。

禁止向江河湖泊、运河、渠道、水库及其最高水位线以下的滩地和岸坡以及法律法规规定的其他地点倾倒、堆放、贮存固体废物和其他污染物。

No entity or individual shall discharge pollutantsby means of concealed pipelines, seepage wells, seepage pits, injection,fissures, karst caves, tampering with or falsifying monitoring data, temporarilysuspending production for the purpose of evading on-site inspections, openingemergency discharge outlets in non-emergency situations, abnormally operatingpollution prevention and control facilities, or by any other means intended toevade regulatory supervision.

No entity or individual shall dump, stack or storesolid waste or other pollutants in rivers, lakes, canals, channels, reservoirs,or shoals or bank slopes below the highest water level, or at any otherlocations as stipulated by laws and regulations.
