禁止将不符合农用标准和生态环境保护标准的固体废物、废水施入农田。施用农药、肥料等农业投入品及进行灌溉，应当采取有效措施，防止重金属和其他有毒有害物质污染环境。

畜禽养殖场、定点屠宰企业等的选址、建设和管理应当符合法律法规规定。畜禽养殖场应当提高精准饲喂水平，加强畜禽粪污综合管理。从事畜禽养殖和屠宰的单位和个人应当采取有效措施，及时对畜禽粪污、尸体等废弃物进行收集、贮存、清运、无害化处理和资源化利用，防止污染环境。

No entity or individual shall apply solid waste orwastewater that do not meet the standards for agricultural use and ecologicaland environmental protection standards to farmland. Effective measures shall betaken in the application of pesticides, fertilizers and other agriculturalinputs, as well as in irrigation, to prevent environmental pollution caused byheavy metals and other toxic and hazardous substances.

The siting, construction and management of livestockand poultry farms, designated slaughtering enterprises and other suchfacilities shall comply with the provisions of laws and regulations. Livestockand poultry farms shall improve precision feeding practices and strengthen theintegrated management of livestock and poultry manure. Entities and individualsengaged in livestock and poultry breeding or slaughtering shall take effectivemeasures to timely collect, store, transport, harmlessly dispose and utilize asresources, the livestock and poultry manure, carcasses and other waste, so asto prevent environmental pollution.
