中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第一百八十一条

排污许可证应当记载下列信息：

（一）排污口位置和数量、污染物排放方式和排放去向等；

（二）污染物排放种类、许可排放浓度、许可排放量，或者许可排放限值等；

（三）产生和排放污染物环节、污染防治设施及其运行和维护要求、排污口规范化建设要求等；

（四）特殊时段禁止或者限制污染物排放的要求；

（五）法律、行政法规规定的其他信息。

Ecological and Environmental Code of The People's Republicof China (effective on August 15,2026), Article 181

A pollutant discharge permit shall specify thefollowing information:

(1) the location and number of discharge outlets,the methods of pollutant discharge, the destination of pollutant discharges,and other relevant information;

(2) the categories of pollutants discharged, thepermitted discharge concentrations, the permitted discharge quantities, or thepermitted discharge limits, and other relevant information;

(3) the processes generating and dischargingpollutants, the pollution prevention and control facilities and therequirements for their operation and maintenance, the requirements for thestandardized construction of discharge outlets, and other relevant information;

(4) requirements for the prohibition or restrictionof pollutant discharges during specified periods;

(5) other information prescribed by laws andadministrative regulations.
