中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第一百八十五条

实行排污许可管理的企业事业单位和其他生产经营者应当按照规定向社会公开污染物排放种类、排放浓度和排放量，以及污染防治设施的建设运行情况、自行监测数据等污染物排放信息，接受社会监督。

Ecological and Environmental Code of The People's Republicof China (effective on August 15,2026), Article 185

Enterprises, public institutions and otherproducers and business operators subject to pollutant discharge permitadministration shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, disclose tothe public, the pollutant emission information such as pollutant dischargecategories, discharge concentrations and quantities of pollutants discharged,the construction and operation of pollution prevention and control facilities,self-monitoring data, and other relevant information, and shall be subject topublic supervision.
