中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第一百八十六条

污染物产生量、排放量和对生态环境的影响程度都很小的企业事业单位和其他生产经营者，应当填报排污登记表，不实行排污许可管理。排污登记表有效期为五年。

Ecological and Environmental Code of The People's Republicof China (effective on August 15,2026), Article 186

Enterprises, public institutions and otherproducers and business operators whose quantities of pollutants generated anddischarged, and whose degree of impact on the ecology and environment, are allminimal shall complete and submit a pollutant discharge registration form and shallnot be subject to pollutant discharge permit administration.

A pollutant discharge registration form shall be validfor a period of five years.
