中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第二百零四条

第二百零四条 禁止进口、销售或者燃用不符合质量标准的煤炭，鼓励燃用优质煤炭。

单位存放煤炭、煤矸石、煤渣、煤灰等物料，应当采取防燃措施，防止大气污染。

Ecological and Environmental Code of The People's Republicof China (effective on August 15,2026), Article 204

No entity or individual shall import, sell or combustcoal that fails to meet the applicable quality standards. The use ofhigh-quality coal is encouraged.

Entities storing coal, coal gangue, cinders, coal ashor other similar materials shall take flame prevention measures to prevent airpollution.
