钢铁、建材、有色金属、石油、化工等企业生产过程中排放粉尘、硫化物和氮氧化物的，应当采用清洁生产工艺，配套建设除尘、脱硫、脱硝等装置，或者采取技术改造等其他控制大气污染物排放的措施。

Where dust, sulfides and nitrogen oxides aredischarged during the production processes of enterprises engaged in the ironand steel, building materials, non-ferrous metals, petroleum, chemical andother industries, such enterprises shall adopt cleaner production processes andconstruct supporting dust removal, flue gas desulfurization and denitration units,or take other measures, including technological upgrading, to control thedischarge of air pollutants.
