国务院有关部门在各自职责范围内制定含挥发性有机物的原辅材料和产品的挥发性有机物含量限值标准、低挥发性有机物含量的原辅材料和产品标准。

生产、进口、销售、使用含挥发性有机物的原辅材料和产品的，其挥发性有机物含量应当符合质量标准或者要求。

The relevant departments of the State Councilshall, within the scope of respective official duties, formulate standards forlimits on the content of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in raw and auxiliarymaterials and products, and standards for raw and auxiliary materials andproducts with low volatile organic compound content.

The content of volatile organic compounds in raw andauxiliary materials and products that are manufactured, imported, sold or usedshall comply with the applicable quality standards or requirements.
