石油、化工及其他生产、使用有机溶剂的企业，应当采取有效措施对管道、设备进行日常维护、维修，减少物料泄漏，对泄漏的物料应当及时收集处理。

Enterprises engaged in petroleum, chemical and otherindustries that produce or use organic solvents shall take effective measuresto carry out routine maintenance and repair of pipelines and equipment toreduce leakage of materials, and shall promptly collect and dispose of leaked materials.
