中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第二百一十七条

钢铁、建材、有色金属、石油、化工、制药、矿产开采企业和其他工业生产企业，应当加强精细化管理，采取集中收集处理等措施，严格控制粉尘和气态污染物的排放。

工业生产企业应当采取密闭、围挡、遮盖、清扫、洒水等措施，减少内部物料的堆存、传输、装卸等环节产生的粉尘和气态污染物的排放。

Enterprises engaged in iron and steel, building materials,non-ferrous metals, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and mining industries,as well as other industrial production enterprises, shall enhance refined managementand adopt measures such as centralized collection and treatment to strictlycontrol emissions of dust and gaseous pollutants.

Industrial production enterprises shall take measuressuch as sealing, enclosure, covering, cleaning and water spraying to reduceemissions of dust and gaseous pollutants generated during the storage,conveying, loading and unloading of materials within the facility.
