贮存煤炭、煤矸石、煤渣、煤灰、水泥、石灰、石膏、砂土、铁矿石等易产生扬尘的物料应当密闭；不能密闭的，应当设置不低于堆放物高度的严密围挡，并采取有效覆盖措施防治扬尘污染。

Dust-generating materials, including coal, coalgangue, cinders, coal ash, cement, lime, gypsum, granular soil, and iron ore,shall be stored in sealed facilities. Where it cannot be sealed, a tight fencenot lower than the height of the stacked materials shall be set up, andeffective coverage measures shall be adopted to prevent and control dustpollution.
