向大气排放持久性有机污染物的企业事业单位和其他生产经营者以及废弃物焚烧设施的运营单位，应当按照国家规定，采取有利于减少持久性有机污染物排放的技术方法和工艺，配备有效的净化装置，实现达标排放。

Enterprises, public institutions and other producersand business operators that emit persistent organic pollutants, as well asoperators of waste incineration facilities, shall, in accordance with therelevant provisions of the State, adopt technological methods and processesconducive to reducing emissions of persistent organic pollutants, and be equippedwith effective purification units to achieve standard discharge.
