从事服装干洗和机动车维修等服务活动的经营者，应当按照国家相关标准或者要求设置异味和废气处理装置等污染防治设施并保持正常使用，防止影响周边环境。

Operators engaged in service activities such as clothingdry cleaning and motor vehicle maintenance shall, in accordance with therelevant national standards or requirements, install odor and waste gastreatment unit and other pollution prevention and control facilities, and maintainnormal operation to prevent adverse impact on the surrounding environment.
