中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第二百七十九条

禁止向水体排放油类、酸液、碱液、剧毒废液。禁止在水体清洗装贮过油类或者有毒有害污染物的车辆和容器。

禁止向水体排放、倾倒放射性固体废物或者含有高放射性和中放射性物质的废水。向水体排放含低放射性物质的废水，应当符合国家有关放射性污染防治的规定和标准。

No entity or individual shall discharge oils,acidic solutions, alkaline solutions, or highly toxic waste liquids into waterbodies. No entity or individual shall wash any vehicles or containers that havebeen used to contain oils or toxic and hazardous pollutants in water bodies.

No entity or individual shall discharge or dumpradioactive solid waste or wastewater containing high-level orintermediate-level radioactive substances into water bodies. Wastewatercontaining low-level radioactive substances may be discharged into water bodiesonly where it complies with the relevant national provisions and standards onthe prevention and control of radioactive pollution.
