向水体排放含热废水，应当采取有效措施，保证水体的水温符合水生态环境质量标准，避免对珍稀濒危水生生物、水产资源造成危害。

Where heated wastewater is discharged into waterbodies, effective measures shall be taken to ensure that the temperature of thereceiving water complies with the water ecological environment qualitystandards and to avoid causing harm to rare and endangered aquatic organism andfishery resources.
