中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第二百八十二条

禁止向水体排放、倾倒工业废渣、城镇垃圾和其他废弃物。

禁止将含有汞、镉、砷、铬、铅、氰化物、黄磷等的可溶性剧毒废渣向水体排放、倾倒或者直接埋入地下。

存放可溶性剧毒废渣的场所，应当采取防水、防渗漏、防流失的措施。

No entity or individual shall discharge or dumpindustrial residues, municipal waste or other waste into water bodies.

No entity or individual shall discharge or dumpsoluble highly toxic industrial residues containing mercury, cadmium, arsenic,chromium, lead, cyanides, yellow phosphorus or other such substances into waterbodies, or dispose of them by direct burial underground.

Sites used for the storage of soluble highly toxicindustrial residues shall adopt measures to prevent water infiltration, leakageand loss.
