可能发生水污染事故的企业事业单位，应当制定有关水污染事故的应急预案，做好应急准备，并定期进行演练。

生产、储存危险化学品的企业事业单位，应当采取封堵、围挡、转移等措施，防止在处理安全生产事故过程中产生的可能严重污染水体的消防废物直接排入水体。

Enterprises and public institutions that may beinvolved in water pollution incidents shall develop contingency plans for waterpollution incidents, make emergency preparations, and conduct emergency drillson a regular basis.

Enterprises and public institutions that produce orstore hazardous chemicals shall take blocking, containment, transfer and othermeasures to prevent firefighting waste, generated in the process of dealingwith work safety accidents that may seriously pollute water bodies, from beingdischarged directly into water bodies.
